Alaia Kin is a children’s author who believes in the power of story to create a more inclusive future.  Alaia is the proud parent of transgender teens and is passionate about advocating for transgender rights. Alaia enjoys a diet of delicious words, appreciates a good analogy, her current favourite dinosaur is spinosaurus. She lives in Queensland, Australia. Her first middle grade verse novel, Novaraptor, will be released in 2027 with UQP.
